Petitioner seeks bail in Mahila (Patna) P.S. Case No.77 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 498-A, 353/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was married with the informant about 20 years back. They have 18 years old son. It is further submitted that informant herself had earlier filed divorce case vide Matrimonial Case No.5146 of 2014, which was dismissed. Thereafter, this petitioner has filed divorce case against the informant vide Matrimonial Case No.64 of 2018, which is still pending.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.77 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
