The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner, specific allegation has been levelled against one Billu @ Jitendra Singh. The petitioner is woman having clean antecedent and in custody since 12.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No. 214 of 2019.
