i. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the concerned Respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.17337 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/3 not to shift Kadam Kuan Police Station from the existing place to a piece of land bearing Thana No.- 4, Khata No.- 23, 60, 48 and 44, Plot No.- 182, 178, 176, 177, Mauza- Kajipur, Rajendra Nagar, Road No.-5, Area 50 decimals specially earmarked as Green Patch/land as per map of Patna Regional Development Authority now under Patna Municipal Corporation. It is made clear here that despite all possible efforts the petitioners have not been able to obtain any order/letter in connection with shifting of Kadam Kuan Police Station from its existing place to Rajendra Nagar, Road No.- 5 and hence the Hon'ble Court may direct the Respondent authorities to produce entire relevant papers, orders, etc before the Hon'ble Court in order to enable the Hon'ble Court to adjudicate the issue involved in the present case with more connivence.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the concerned Respondent authorities to construct proposed Kadam Kuan Police station if at all required to at alternate and suitable Government vacant lands situated in Rajendra Nagar (old Post office), Mauchuatoli (old Bankipur Anchal) and Bazar Samati Road (south of existing Kadam Kuan Police Station near Ganga Action Plant Sump House), details of the same are mentioned in the body of present civil writ application after allowing Relief No.- I. iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent Patna Municipal Corporation to construct a Public Park over a said piece of Land earmarked as a Green Land in sanctioned Map of P.R.D.A./P.M.C. after allowing Relief No.- I & II iv. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the concerned Respondent authorities restraining them from constructing police station over a land earmarked as Green Land situated at Road No.-5, Rajendra Nagar pending final hearing of the instant civil writ application.

v. For any other relief or reliefs the petitioners may be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. From perusal of the records, it does not appear that any construction work relating to the Kadam Kuan Police Station is being carried out on the Green Patch/Land. The issue, if any, is a matter to be examined and decided by the local administration, who shall keep in mind the interest of the public at large while taking any decision in this regard.

3. We, therefore, find no merit in the present writ application, and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
