JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

60 bottles of 180 ml of Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 16.08.2019. So far as recovery of foreign liquor from the Scorpio Car is concerned, the petitioner was not found sitting in the aforesaid car. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
