2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 431, 504, 506, 511, 109 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that owing to an accident, the mob started protesting and blocked the road. When the police tried to pacify the matter, the accused persons started abusing and assaulting the police party, due to which they

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in this case merely on suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that no injury report is available on record. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024, subject to the conditions
