This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No.81 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The petitioner is the assailant of the informant causing grievous injury. He is in custody since 16.07.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the victim are neighbours and there is land dispute between them.

Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the nature of allegation, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Neema Chandpura P.S. Case No.81 of 2025.
