JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 03.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28383 of 2018, by which, the petitioner has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and he was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as the petitioner fell ill, he could not surrender in the court below within the time prescribed by the court and thus prayed for extension of time.

Having heard both sides, considering the fact that the order has been passed on 03.08.2018 and after expiry of more
