JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 14.8.2024, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 11778 of 2024, to the extent of extending the time period of the protection granted to the petitioner, by way of directing the Respondents to maintain status quo qua the land / house of the petitioner in question.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pursuing the injunction petition, filed by him in Title Suit No. 1104 of 2023, which is pending consideration before the learned Court of Sub-Judge IV, Bhojpur at Ara, hence, protection, as aforesaid,

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Respondent State authorities to maintain status quo, existing as on today qua the land / house of the petitioner in question, for a further period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 14.8.2024, passed in CWJC No. 11778 of 2024.
