Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 452 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case merely on basis of confessional statement of one of the the co-accused persons. As a matter of fact, during departmental enquiry also nothing has come against this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
