JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the prosecution case, petitioner Manoj Kumar has obtained appointment of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate in the year 2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was appointed as a Panchayat Teacher in the year 2013 on the forged certificate. Before issuing joining letter , certificates and mark-sheet of the petitioner was verified by the appointing authority and petitioner was appointed. He next

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70294 of 2022(3) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 submits that during the course of investigation, documents submitted by him was found forged and BETET marksheet was also found forged.

Considering the nature of accusation of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is rejected.
