The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with P.S. Case No. 351 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 323, 341, 376, 379, 494, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 D.P. Act.
The petitioner has annexed Annexure-2 which is a compromise petition dated 01.11.2022 arrived at between parties.
Considering the fact that both the parties entered into
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4521 of 2023(2) dt.25-01-2023 2/2 a compromise, present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 2nd , Samastipur in connection with P.S. Case No. 351 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
While accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the genuineness of the compromise and in case it is found genuine, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted.
