Petitioner seeks bail in Salimpur P.S. Case No.90 of 2019 registered under Sections 399, 402 and 413 of the IPC and under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended eight persons on suspicion that they had assembled with arms and ammunition to commit cognizable offence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from possession of the petitioner one mobile and cash of Rs.2300/- were recovered. No arms and ammunition was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail
