Petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No.145 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, of Immoral Traffic Act.

It is alleged that the police on confidential information raided the house of the petitioner and found three male persons and three women in objectionable condition. It is further alleged that sex racket was going on in the house of the petitioner. The male persons disclosed their names as Arjun Kumar, Updesh Kumar and Shyambihari Singh. The women disclosed their names as Sabita Devi, Puja Devi and Samima Khatoon. The police arrested aforesaid three accused persons and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61295 of 2018 (2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 the petitioner. Seizure list was prepared of the articles recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018. She has no criminal antecedents. There is no allegation in the First Information Report that aforesaid ladies were forced in sex racket and all the females were major. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.145 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- Rohit Kr.
