This writ application is for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for quashing of the order dated 25.06.2022 passed by the Chairman of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trust Board, Patna (Respondent No. 2) where by and where under the Complaint filed by the petitioner has been rejected. And for a direction to the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua to enquire into the entire affairs of the Late Kanni Ram Dharmsala Chairity Trust and

Patna High Court CWJC No.17476 of 2022(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 take suitable action as reported by the Enquiry Committee. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be preferring detailed representation before the respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua within a period of four weeks from today.

If such representation is filed, the respondent no. 4 shall take the same to its logical conclusion within next three months.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
