Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some ulterior motive at the instance of his enemies. No such occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. has ever been taken place. Moreover, other named co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47934 of 2018. Petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 386 of 2017.
