In this case, the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of C.L.A. Act. As per allegation that a mob, including the petitioners and other accused persons, about 500 in number, attacked on C.R.P.F. Camp and names of the petitioners revealed during the course of investigation.

No.80033 of 2019(4) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that for the same occurrence, three F.I.Rs have been lodged, i.e. Madanpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014 and Madanpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 despite the present one. He has further submitted that in both the cases, the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 22.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 44969 of 2019 and vide order dated 22.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 44740 of 2019.

Considering the fact that for the same occurrence three F.I.Rs have been lodged and in Madanpur P.S. Case No.135 of 2014 and Madanpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014, the petitioners have already been granted bail, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
