2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 325, 307, 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 333, 324 and 225 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, attacked upon police officials with lathi, danda and brick stones and managed to flee away from the spot.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation that she, along with other accused persons, attacked upon the police officials as a result of which some of them sustained injuries.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and the fact that some of the police officials sustained injuries, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
