Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34101 of 2018. petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.08.2018.

Case No. 155 of 2018.
