2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 484 of 2020 for the offence under sections 420, 499, 500 and 354(c) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (D) of the IT Act lodged on 09.09.2020 by the informant, Ravi Mishra.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that her sister came in contact with the petitioner who made a fake identity and later it was disclosed that he is a married person having a son of six years. He continuously harassed her and allegation is that objectionable photos were put on the fake ID of the sister. This led to the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court about his innocence, learned APP has

5. Taking into account the submissions of the parties as also the allegation that has come against the petitioner coupled with the fact that the FIR is of the year 2020, no relief can be granted.
