The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C1/1067/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 498A, 406, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no valid proof of marriage, which is alleged to have been performed between the complainant and this petitioner. In the written report, it is alleged that marriage was performed after putting garland to the petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since19.07.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62164 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1/1067/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
