JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 2936 of 2019, arising out of Complaint Case No. 111 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 452, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per complaint case, one named accused and 3-4 persons came to the door of the complainant called her 'Dyne' and assaulted her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier to that, a case has been lodged by the wife of the petitioner against the complainant and for that, the present case has been lodged. No specific allegation has been attributed

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Sharma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Trial No. 2936 of 2019, arising out of Complaint Case No. 111 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
