2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 147, 148, 149, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 08.03.2023, at about 2:30 PM, when the informant was sitting along with his family members, all the FIR named accused persons, including the petitioner came there and starting abusing him. On protest, they assaulted him by lathi.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that altogether 20 persons have been implicated in this false and fabricated case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and on exactly similar footing, two persons have been granted anticipatory

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 56 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
