The petitioner is accused in connection with Case No. GO 113 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 35 bottles each containing 300 ml Nepali Saufi from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62537 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-Cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Case No. GO 113 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
