The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of 144 litres of Nepali Saufi wine from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
