The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kauakol P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 337, 338, 427, 186, 226, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. as members of the mob consisting of more than fifty persons. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2019. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The other co-accused, namely, Balak Yadav and Balbeer Yadav have been granted bail on 30.08.2019 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.53682 of 2019.

Case No. 157 of 2019.
