The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.62 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the cattle fair was situated in Marketing Board, Forbesganj which was settled in the year 2013-14 with the petitioner on reserve jama of Rs.17,35,000. The petitioner paid Rs.4,54,500/- through cheque and the remaining amount was paid through cash. It is alleged that the cheque was dishonoured due to insufficiency of fund. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the entire reserve jama.

No.61502 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.62 of 2014.
