2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 337 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2023 and there is recovery of 427.140 litres of foreign liquor from his possession.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise-I, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 337 of 2023.
