2. This is an application for direction to the Circle Officer, Barsoi, Katihar (Respondent No. 5) to conclude the Encroachment Case No. 01/2020-21 within a reasonable period of four months.

3. In view of the prayer, the Circle Officer, Barsoi, Katihar (Respondent No. 5) is directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 01/2020-21 pending before him in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties
