1. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2024 dated 13.06.2024 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

2. The petitioner had earlier moved an application for anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 14623 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn on 28.02.2025.

3. Repeated anticipatory bail application cannot be entertained in view of the fact that on the last occasion when the Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70068 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 anticipatory bail application was dismissed as withdrawn.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is rejected.
