The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he changed the ATM card of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2018. The petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57270 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ pending in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.210 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
