Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Specific allegation is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner is only member of unlawful assembly. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.08.2018.

Case No. 270 of 2018.
