The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the concerned respondent authority to accept the joining of the petitioner from the date she has given the same, in light of the notification vide memo no. 744 dated 19.07.2024 issued by the Health Department, Government of Bihar with all consequential benefits.

3. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to an order

Patna High Court CWJC No.16386 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 02.04.2025 in C.W.J.C. No. 5065 of 2025 titled as 'Tarannum Fatma v/s State of Bihar & Ors'

With the consent of parties, this writ application is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2-Special Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar/ authority concerned to immediately, preferably within two weeks, issue appropriate guidelines/instructions regarding the joining of the petitioner and thereafter, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Katihar shall act in accordance with the aforesaid guideline without wasting any further time.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
