2. The petitioner apprehends their arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, on 02.11.2022 at about 04:00 PM when the informant along with her dewar was sowing seeds In the field, the petitioners along with other accused persons came there and started abusing and assaulting them by means of lathi-

4. Learned counsel of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The police has given the benefit to the petitioners under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C.
5. As the petitioners have been given benefit of Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C, there is no apprehension of their arrest. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court and make a prayer for regular bail.
6. The learned Court below shall dispose of the regular bail petition of the petitioners on the date of its filing in the light of the order passed in Mahendra Prasad Singh vs. State of Bihar, bearing Cr. Misc No. 7034 of 2004
7. With these observations, this application stands disposed of.
