The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 58C of 2019, registered under Sections 498A, 307 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the complainant and she has no concerned with the complainant. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63136 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 58C of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
