The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that four unknown miscreants on the point of pistol snatched Rs.1,49,000/- from the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on his self confession made in connection with another case. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. case No.105 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.2249 of 2018.
