2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 87 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, in a land dispute, two persons have been killed by the accused side.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one person has died from their side. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72806 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that two persons have been killed by the petitioner and others, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
