JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.86/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the IPC and 27 Arms Act.

There is allegation against the petitioner of firing on the informant with intention to cause death. Other allegations are also against other accused persons.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that no one received firearm injury. Heard learned APP also who has submitted that petitioner has one criminal antecedent also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail

No.64859 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no.86/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
