Case No. 65 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 353 & 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 45 of Bihar

As per police found some persons taking toddy at toddy shop, police asked closing the same on which several persons assembled there including the petitioners and abused and pelted stones on police party, tried to snatch the Arms from the police party.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation the petitioners and no specific allegation have been attributed to them having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.-65 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the
