Petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.79 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 114,290, 354, 509, 370, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code, Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Sections 4, 7, 12, 17 and 18 of the POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is owner of the hotel.

In the written report, it is alleged that police got information that flash trade is going on in Dream Residence Hotel. Police raided the hotel and found one girl and one man in objectionable condition. Statement of the girl, Isha Patel, was

Petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge 1stcum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
