The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 304(b) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation has been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66960 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019.
