The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the injury sustained by the informant caused by a hard and blunt substance, which is simple in nature, this fact is evident from the order of the Session Judge.
