Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 217 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
