1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other writ, order or direction to the concerned respondent authorities to take immediate step and start encroachment proceedings for vacating the Government Land (Land of the Zila Parishad), appertaining to Khata No. 347, Khesra No. 2390, from the encroachers-private respondents."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
