2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 06.07.2023 passed in B.P. No. 210 of 2023, arising out of Mohania P.S. Case No. 200 of 2023, by the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of the case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
