2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to fix the rent of the land of the petitioner bearing Thana No. 255, Khata No.

44/84, Plot No. 35/78/79 having an area of 1 Acre 89 dec. situated in Mauza-Baradih, Anchal- Tilauthu, District- Rohtas and to mutate her name in the Revenue Record pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 21.12.1982 passed in Title Suit No. 17 of 1973 and /or to grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an application before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Dehri, Rohtas (Respondent No. 4) for fixation of rent with respect to his property stated in the application dated 13.07.2024 but the same has not been decided till date and he prayed for a direction for expeditious disposal of the said petition/application.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties, this case is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Dehri, Rohtas (Respondent No. 4) to dispose of the said application of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law and the petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of the said petition.
