2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):- "i. For the issuance of an appropriate writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) commanding the Respondent authorities to immediately mutate the name of the Petitioners No. 1 over the Plot No. 234 Area 147.25 Decimal, Plot No. 453 Area 35

643 situated under Mauza-Bardag in DistrictGaya. ii. For the issuance of an appropriate writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) or order(s) or direction(s) commanding the Respondent Authorities to immediately revert back the private lands of the Petitioners from the account of the Government of Bihar in the name of the Petitioner No. 1, if the private lands of the Petitioners are taken into the account of the State Government.

And/Or iii. For any other relief/reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be taking the proper legal recourse by filing a petition before the competent civil court and shall also be taking information under Right To Information Act.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the petitioners are allowed to
