Petitioner seeks bail in Rail P.S. Patna Jn (Patna Sahib) Case No.322 of 2018 (Special Case No.8451 of 2018) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 273 Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 21.600 litres foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 13.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63470 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Patna, Patna, in connection with Rail P.S. Patna Jn (Patna Sahib) Case No.322 of 2018 (Special Case No.8451 of 2018), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
