Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, these petitioners along with other F.I.R. named accused persons committed murder of the daughter of the informant.

Petitioner No. 1 is Gotani of the deceased and petitioner No. 2 is younger brother of the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68944 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased namely Raju Ram who is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and are not concerned with the affairs of the couple. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Kotwa P. S. Case No. 203 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
