JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. For directing the Respondent Ist Set to take proper steps, as provided under the law, for removal of encroachment made by the Respondent IInd Set over the public land, appertaining to Khata No. 78, Plot No.341 Area 26 Decimals & 298, admeasuring 294 Decimals, situated at Mauza Chintamanpur, P.S. & Anchal Nuaon, District Kaimur.

B. For directing the Respondent Ist Set to conclude the proceeding of Land Encroachment Case No.07 of 201617, which was started pursuant to the Order dated 19.09.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No.12221 of 2016, but no steps for removal for encroachment has been taken as yet.

C. For directing the Respondent Authorities to take decision on the Representation filed by the Petitioner and other co- villagers before the Respondent Ist Set for redressal of the grievances of the Petitioner with respect to encroachment made over the public land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.16107 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 3/3 Officer, Nuaon, District Kaimur at Bhabhua for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
