Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed by petitioner for his appointment on compassionate ground in terms of policy decision of the State Government, in view of sudden death of his mother on 01.08.2021 while working as Panchayat Teacher in New Primary School, Sikaria under Barawan Panchayat, Block - Kako, District - Jehanabad.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is son of deceased employee i.e. Late Sharmila Kumari and possesses necessary qualification. Petitioner has also attached his certificate i.e. degree of Primary Teachers Training (D.El.Ed.) and passed out CTET Examination in the year 2022 and requested for acceptance of his candidature, but till date no action has been taken by the respondents authorities and matter is still pending before the authority concerned.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the respondent concerned is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for his appointment on compassionate ground in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

5. With above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
